Brief description of duties:

  • Monitor e-mail account and responding to client's inquiries, concerns and other e-mail correspondences.
  • Prepares accurate and timely sales quotation based on leads monitor weekly sales schedules.
  • Handles quotations requirements for other product lines.
  • Manage sales materials and ensure that brochure inventories are regularly monitored and adequately stocks.
  • Supports the strategy, planning and campaign management for upcoming events.
  • Provide supports in maintaining up-to-date website articles and products.

Qualifications and Job Specification:

  • At least College level or Graduate of any business-related course.
  • Experience in sales admin customer service or office admin, preferably at least 1 year experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy in handling sales documents and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Pro-active mindset with strong follow through.
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
