Duties/Responsibilities:

· Generate and acquire new clients by cold calling, networking, using various social media platforms, saturation, engagement

· Acquire and qualify new leads from various sources to meet business plans and company objectives

· Create and maintain a lead generation database/platform to manage leads effectively

· Proficiency in conducting google searches and researching new prospect clients

· Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered and discuss available options with your immediate superior

· Basic pricing and costing of items

· Handle returns and/or repair of products

· Comply with inventory control procedures (proper communication to Production Team for Sales Order)

· Other tasks as may be assigned by the Top Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate

Basic understanding of Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices

Proficiency in English and Business Language

Basic costing skills

Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and consultants

Friendly and energetic personality with Customer Service Focus

Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Availability to work in flexibly

Job Type: Full-time
