Brief Description of Duties:

  • Oversees the sales administration team.
  • Ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation and efficient customer support.
  • Coordinates with the Principals regarding order-related concerns, special arrangements and other relevant matters.
  • Communicates with the Logistics team for shipping arrangements.
  • Handle quotation and pricing.
  • Handles equipment orders and shipments.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly and bi-monthly reporting to the management.

Qualification and Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar administrative roles.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics, sales processes, and order-to-invoice procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis - With strong analytical skills and expert proficiency in MS Office to generate and report on sales data, forecasts, and trends.
  • Accuracy in handling sales documents and reports.
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow through.
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
