About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Voice Representative to join our dynamic team in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila location. This full-time position offers an exciting hybrid setup, allowing you to work both in the office and virtually, as well as an enticing signing bonus of up to 50,000

Recruitment Process:

  • 1–2 rounds of interviews (Virtual)

  • Soft offer discussion, BGV requirements, and pre-employment documents
  • Additional assessment may be required depending on results
Job Details
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Shift: Graveyard
  • Work Setup: Hybrid after training (4x onsite, 1x WFH)

Qualifications:

  • HS Grad, College Undergrad, and BS Grads are accepted.
  • At least 2 years BPO Experience for Collections Account (AR / Billing processes)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced excel
  • Excellent Spoken  / verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Can do a Hybrid Work Set up.
