Job Description

  • Monitor dispatch volume to ensure cost effectiveness of every delivery.
  • Ensure any company policy, systems, and industry related training is delivered to all direct reports as needed.
  • Develop standardized processes for Logistics including SOP, Report requirements, systems needs, and compliance requirements. Liaisons with other support groups to ensure processes are established.
  • Resolve all Logistics operational issues and concerns to ensure effective communication. Works closely with Sales to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Analyze service failures/issues and implement performance improvement processes to enhance future service delivery.
  • Conduct or review environmental audits for logistics activities, such as storage and distribution.
  • Oversee and complete accurate billing of 3rd party based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.
  • Report any irregularity to superior if there is any, for appropriate action.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly area at all times.
  • Perform special projects or any assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
