What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
  2. Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most suitable candidates
  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
  5. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs
  6. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
