S-Quad PH is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and reliable Talent Acquisition Staff to join our growing team. If you have a passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities—especially in the real estate field—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, with a strong focus on hiring sales agents and property consultants.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment initiatives.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and initial assessments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment timelines.
  • Maintain applicant tracking, records, and reports.
  • Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong background in hiring sales agents or other field-based sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
