Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Based in Manila (Philippines) with fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, business development, or partnerships, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing products on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TiktokShop).
  • Strong understanding of online promotions, campaigns, and event-driven sales
  • Ability to plan, set, and execute monthly promotional strategies to drive conversion and visibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize product presence on multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopify, Amazon).
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of product listings, pricing, and promotional content across all platforms.
  • Monitor daily sales operations, customer reviews, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, set, and execute monthly promotional campaigns and event-driven sales
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion and visibility.
  • Recap and report weekly sales and promotion performance.
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with warehouses, fulfillment providers, retailers, distributors, and brand collaborators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive sustainable growth in Philippines and regional markets.
  • Manage KOL/influencer partnerships including barter and endorsement deals.
  • Provide monthly competitor benchmarking and market analysis reports.
  • Track and report sales data, canceled orders, and promotion outcomes with accuracy and timeliness.
