About the role

As an Account Manager at Morethanall Industrial Trading Inc', you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships. This full-time, office-based role in Bacoor City Cavite is crucial in ensuring the continued success and expansion of our industrial trading business.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and increase account value
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing new client accounts through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Accurately forecasting sales and setting achievable targets to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and presentations to communicate account performance and strategy
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new products/services to identify growth potential

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key client relationship role, ideally within the industrial or B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to navigate complex client requirements
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite to manage accounts and data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
