The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of one of our prime clients.This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supports clinical revenue generation, and contributes to strategic initiatives across physician billing and employee health plan activities. The role involves complex reconciliations, technical accounting, and collaboration across departments to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Prepare and reconcile complex accounting entries (e.g., accruals, deferrals, intercompany transactions).
  • Lead detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and adjustments.
  • Monitor and track revenue flows between the University and the Hospital.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support financial oversight for new initiatives (e.g., BSD collection rate optimization, DCAM billing transition).
  • Assist with accounting and procurement processes for leadership and coding teams.

Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Document accounting processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance.
  • Perform reconciliations to prevent misstatements and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA Required)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, academic medical centers, or university finance preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting and reconciliation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Oracle and Epic preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
