Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and analyze financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization.
  • Develop risk assessment models and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports, summaries, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and improve internal controls.
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to management for risk-related decisions and business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of risk management frameworks, quantitative modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and risk management software; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex risk findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
