Work from Home, Philippines AIS Australia Full time ₱540,000 - ₱660,000 per year

We are looking for a senior accountant with experience in retail industry to work remotely with our client based in Australia which is a big footwear retailer.

Responsibilities

· Managing the accounts receivable function with precision and efficiency.

· Ensuring accurate data entry of invoices and transactions into our ERP system.

· Reconciling accounts and issuing monthly invoices and statements promptly.

· Supporting customer service by processing orders and handling invoice/credit inquiries.

· Proactively managing debtor accounts and following up on aged debt.

· Maintaining credit policy adherence and identifying potential credit risks.

· Providing exceptional customer service by promptly resolving queries and requests.

· Generating insightful monthly management reports.

· Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accounts receivable.

· Proven ability to manage high volumes of receivables within credit terms.

· Adaptability and quick learning with new software systems.

· Experience on the Xero Accounting Software essential

· Intermediate Excel skills, including familiarity with basic formulas.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent reconciliation skills.

· Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.

· Commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
