We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and customer experience for our E-commerce brand. You will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, driving brand visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to build a brand that resonates with customers and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies across all E-commerce channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and visual style across the website, social media, product pages, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to produce high-quality brand assets.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Oversee branding for new product lines, packaging, and digital merchandising.
  • Optimize brand performance using analytics, including customer behavior, traffic, and campaign data.
  • Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback to strengthen brand perception and improve user experience.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all teams adhere to brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of brand management experience, preferably in E-commerce, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, online customer behavior, and E-commerce branding tactics.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual judgment skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to translate insights into impactful brand strategies.
