RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate provision of administration and office tasks, while also being the point of contact for offshore customer enquiries
  • Liaise and act as first point of contact for local external agencies such as service providers, suppliers and selected government bodies
  • Establish and maintain Management records including the reconciliation of corporate cards and recoverable expenses
  • Create and maintain administrative records, spreadsheets and databases as required
  • General administrative tasks including the printing, scanning and filing of documents
  • Management of stationary and other office supply order
  • Facilitates prioritization of Managements time by reading, editing and directing low level correspondence; drafting letters/documents; collecting and analyzing information

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Secretarial Studies or other related field
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in an Australian Financial Services environment will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
