About the role

As the Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's engineering operations and projects. This is a full-time position based in B Hotel Quezon City. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of engineers
  • Developing and implementing engineering plans and strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as project management, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Preparing and presenting reports on project progress and performance
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

What we're looking for

  • Registered Electrical Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and cost control techniques
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
