Organizational Development Supervisor

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Organizational Development Supervisor to lead initiatives that improve team effectiveness, streamline structures, and elevate overall organizational performance. This role will oversee productivity and work quality across core functions, while championing ongoing improvements in manpower planning, process efficiency, and job design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring balanced workload distribution, high productivity, and consistent work quality.
  • Lead job and manpower audits to uncover functional inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for strategic improvement.
  • Facilitate organizational and process reviews to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee job analysis and redesign efforts to ensure role alignment with departmental objectives and evolving organizational needs.
  • Contribute to manpower planning by evaluating staffing requests and validating the necessity of roles to maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives, focusing on simplification, standardization, and the enhancement of core and support functions.
  • Engage in organizational diagnostics and surveys to assess and improve operational structures and interdepartmental interfaces.
  • Conduct specialized management studies, including time-and-motion analyses, process mapping, and workload assessments.
  • Lead team performance management activities, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and supporting career growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with eTap's safety, data security, and information protection protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration is required.
  • A Master's degree or completed graduate units in any of these fields is considered an asset.
  • Must have at least four (4) years of supervisory or project leadership experience related to organizational development, workforce planning, or process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
