As a Business Development Officer, you'll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing new business deals. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in B2B sales, enjoys solving client challenges, and has the persistence to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and other channels.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to assess client needs, pain points, and security requirements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals that align with client objectives and service expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex buying processes, engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Close new business deals and ensure smooth turnover of accounts to the Account Management team.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support service improvements and strategy refinement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in services or security-related industries.
  • Strong track record of independently generating and closing leads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Highly self-driven, independent, and accountable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
