We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Customer Loyalty Specialist
to join our team. This role is dedicated to supporting customers post-sale by ensuring accuracy, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience that builds long-term loyalty. The specialist will handle order-related tasks such as providing tracking details, processing returns, managing escalations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide order-related support post-sale, including tracking information, return labels, and RMA processing.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Address and respond to customer reviews, ensuring concerns are acknowledged and resolved.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Correct order errors and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when necessary to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to department processes while remaining flexible to assist with new initiatives as needed.
- Consistently follow attendance and performance guidelines.
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with computer-based systems.
- Experience handling escalations and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
