HR Recruitment Specialist/ Psychometrician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Analysis & Planning

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.

Sourcing Candidates

  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Utilize social media, recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and talent databases.
  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Assessment

  • Administer psychological tests for Supervisory/Managerial positions.
  • Interpret and create psychological evaluation based on test results.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Preparation of employment contracts and request for equipment memo.
  • Facilitate the end to end onboarding cycle.

Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and applicant database.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of broad experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Preferably a licensed Psychometrician
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
