Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitor & Guide Team Leader

  2. Communicate with Tiktok AM and Seller

  3. Discuss and Analyze SOP with Top Managers

  4. Monitor Over All TSP operation ( before , during , after)

  5. Interview Employee

  6. Evaluation of Team leader

  7. Collaborating with multiple teams and clients TikTok Account Manager (AM)

  8. Building trusted relationships with platform partners / clients

  9. Understanding social content platforms and e-commerce trends

  10. Overseeing the TSP program, along with other programs such open of accounts/ products

  11. Designing incentives and activities: Creating and launching activities and incentives to encourage TSP engagement

  12. Translate Mandarin to Tagalog (vise versa) when needed

  13. Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualification:

a) Bachelor's Degree any course

b) With relevant working experience

c) Can speak Mandarin ( Filipino / Chinese), Filipino Citizen

d) Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction

e) Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

f) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

g) At least 2 years proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
