Job Description

As a Brand Operations Support, you'll help manage stock levels, coordinate logistics, and onboard new brands for a UK-based retail partner. Your work ensures every product arrives on time, every brand is well-supported, and every process runs seamlessly across global markets.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Mid shift, Monday to Friday, 4PM-1AM PHT, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a similar operational role
• Comfortable working UK hours with UK-based teams
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple moving parts
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Preferred: Experience working with Fulfilled by TikTok platform

Your Daily Tasks

Stock Management & Forecasting

• Support the creation and maintenance of stock forecasts based on sales targets and performance.
• Track and update daily stock levels, ensuring accuracy across internal dashboards.
• Raise and manage stock orders by SKU, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
• Monitor stock cover to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Logistics Coordination

• Track stock orders through the full end-to-end process, from booking to delivery.
• Support warehouse booking and documentation for inbound stock.
• Provide updates to teams on delivery timelines and potential issues.
• Collect and report logistics metrics, such as lead times and incident rates.

Brand Onboarding Support

• Gather required documents and data for onboarding new brands on TikTok Shop.
• Update internal records with new brand information and upload brand assets (e.g., imagery).
• Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth and accurate setup of new brands.
