About the role

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's accounts payable processes. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve overseeing a team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and lead a team of accounts payable clerks to ensure all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately
  2. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
  3. Implement and oversee accounts payable policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls
  4. Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and compliant payments
  6. Train and develop the accounts payable team to continuously improve their skills and productivity

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounts payable supervisory role, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm
  2. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice management, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  6. Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to lead and develop the accounts payable team
