The 
Accounting Supervisor
 will manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely billing, collections, and accurate recording of incoming payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors Customer accounts against subsidiary ledgers balances and other supporting schedules to ensure report accuracy and reliability
  • Month End Closing Activities: Posting Entries and Adjustment required for the period, this includes AR Floating and AR Clearing Activities
  • Leads the team Efficient and timely collection and maintaining strong customer relationship while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Releases customer orders on time within the agreed credit and timelines
  • Review of Recorded Customer Transactions & Reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • CPA is a requirement
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems is a plus
  • Good attention to detail and analytical thinking
