Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Above average communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting in budgeting.
  • Maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
