Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage located in Metro Davao. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high culinary standards. Responsibilities also include managing food service, maintaining budget requirements, and collaborating with staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

  • Strong keen to details and administrative skills
  • Resilence and collaborative to colleagues
  • Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Food & Beverage service
  • Strong Bar Management, Mixology Skills and Food Service management experience
  • Experience in Budgeting for food and beverage departments
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is beneficia
