Oversee campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business goals Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives on time and within budget. Collaborate with agencies to create compelling advertising and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Establish key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns. Represent the marketing department in strategic discussions and decision-making processes. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Marketing Director Should HaveA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in brand management and marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively, but equally able to be hands on when needed and operate effectively in a lean structure Experience in collaborating with agencies to develop impactful campaigns. Analytical skills to interpret market research and apply insights to decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate ideas and strategies.
