Job Description
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create compelling advertising and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Establish key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the marketing department in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Marketing Director Should Have
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in brand management and marketing strategies within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively, but equally able to be hands on when needed and operate effectively in a lean structure
  • Experience in collaborating with agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market research and apply insights to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate ideas and strategies.
