  1. Design and Documentation Support

  2. Assist PV Design Engineers in preparing design drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) using AutoCAD or equivalent tools.

  3. Support the development and formatting of engineering deliverables, such as design reports, data sheets, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  4. Update and maintain engineering document libraries, revision logs, and file control systems.
  5. Compile and organize site survey data, photos, and technical measurements for use in design and proposals.

  6. Ensure that design files are properly labeled, version-controlled, and backed up in shared repositories (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, or company servers).

  7. Coordination and Communication

  8. Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between design outputs and field requirements.

  9. Assist in reviewing supplier documentation, drawings, and technical submittals for compliance.
  10. Prepare presentation materials, technical summaries, and reports for internal and client meetings.

  11. Monitor progress of engineering deliverables and update project trackers as directed by the Engineering Manager

  12. Quality and Compliance

  13. Support adherence to engineering standards, company templates, and QA/QC procedures.

  14. Help ensure compliance with local codes, IEC standards, and client specifications through documentation checks.
  15. Assist in performing data checks and validation for design inputs and calculationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy and completeness of engineering documentation.
  16. Timeliness of deliverable submissions and revisions.
  17. Compliance with file naming, version control, and documentation standards.
  18. Responsiveness and support to engineers and project teams.
  19. Quality of technical assistance provided to internal stakeholdersKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy and completeness of engineering documentation.

  23. Quality of technical assistance provided to internal stakeholdersQualifications: Education:

o Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience:o 0–3 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering support roles, preferably in renewable energy, power, or construction industries

o Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and file management tools.

o Knowledge of solar PV system components and basic electrical or mechanical principles is an advantage.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Skills:
  • o Experience with solar design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, PV*SOL) or electrical calculation tools (ETAP, DIALux) is an advantage.o Familiarity with document control systems or engineering databases.o Ability to work under supervision while handling multiple projects and deadlines.o Enthusiastic and willing to learn technical aspects of solar and hybrid system design.

Job Type: Full-time
