This role plays a pivotal part in giving Warehouse Operations the capacity to support the execution of both ongoing and new strategic initiatives, as well as ad-hoc project requests, across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Strategic Sourcing. This role will enable dedicated support for critical projects such as the Supply Chain DC Continuous Improvement Quartile Kaizen initiatives, ensuring their seamless implementation.

Scope of Work:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute project plans in alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget for Warehouse Operations
  • Lead project team members in the execution of project tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project schedules and timelines.
  • Identifies business needs and determines analytical approaches to develop solutions to data analytics issues
  • Understands business goals and contributes to solutions to drive business strategy. Projects and analyses involve complex analytics to solve a variety of cross functional business issues.

Collaboration, Communication and Facilitation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and team members to define project goals, objectives, and requirements, and communicate project status and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communication channels to ensure project progress and challenges are communicated and addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Budget, Resource and Risk Management

  • Monitor project budget and resource utilization, identifying and managing variances and ensuring adherence to project budget and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identifying and assessing potential risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management and engineering.
  • 5+ years of Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Good English written and oral communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of Project Management and Industrial Engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Project Management / Industrial Engineering tools

Work Arrangement and Location

Work Schedule:

  • 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila Time), equivalent to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
  • The office is located in BGC, Taguig.
