Accounting and Admin Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounting and Admin Manager oversees the company's financial operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient business processes, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role manages accounting activities, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls, while also supervising general office administration, HR coordination, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting and admin team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, banks, and government agencies.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Support HR-related activities such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and attendance monitoring.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company information and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA qualification preferred but not required.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting and administration, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office.
