About the role:

As the Quality Assurance Lead at YONDU INC.', you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This full-time role is based in Taguig City Metro Manila and is critical in supporting the Information & Communication Technology and Testing & Quality Assurance functions within the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans
  2. Leading a team of quality assurance professionals to execute testing activities across all development stages
  3. Identifying, documenting and tracking software defects, and working with the development team to resolve issues
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and monitor quality standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  5. Reviewing and analysing test results to identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle
  6. Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading quality assurance teams
  2. Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, testing frameworks and quality assurance processes
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  4. Proficient in using testing tools and technologies, such as bug tracking systems, test management tools and automation frameworks
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
