Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid background in project delivery and a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes. The ideal candidate can efficiently manage timelines, communicate effectively, and ensure projects are executed at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust project timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Utilize Jira, Notion, and other project management tools to track progress, tasks, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, track bugs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support the creation of acceptance criteria, test cases, and validation processes where applicable.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align on priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development or tech-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of QA processes, including testing cycles, bug tracking, and quality control practices.
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms (Jira, Notion, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to foster collaboration between developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
