Job description

Oversees and leads the engineering and design team on the conception and execution of engineering product designs. Manages communication and coordination among different types of engineers and designers working on a project. Supervise project schedule, budget and communication with the Management and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the civil design team for diesel and solar power plant projects.
  • Prepare and review: site layout, grading, drainage, access roads, foundations, and utilities.
  • Work closely with construction and ROW teams for land acquisition, site surveys, and permitting.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams for complete plant and T&D design packages.
  • Ensure all civil plans meet regulatory, ROW, and project standards.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • 5–10 years in civil design (experience in diesel and solar power plants or T&D projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ROW and DPP for Diesel & Solar
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design tools
  • Strong leadership and documentation skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to any project location.
