  • Daily Approval of Purchase Orders for Gas
  • Daily Approval of Petty Cash Vouchers
  • Preparation of entries from bools and accounts for submission to BIR
  • Preparation of BIR Tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, etc) for submission via email to General Manager for system payment to BIR
  • Double-checking expenses, receivables & payables.
  • Analyzing and discussing monthly reports
  • Processing payments in Netsuite for suppliers abroad
  • Monitoring payment receivables from branches and forwarding to President upon Request.
  • Monitoring loans payable and interest from banks (SOA), comparing with bank records upon request.
  • Double-Checking monthly sales report from all branches, consolidating reports, and sending to VP via email.
  • Preparation of finance reports on agent commissions sent to President and VP upon request.
  • Encoding VAT releases from BIR for sales and purchases.
  • Monitoring and renewal of permits and licenses (business permit, mayor's permit, fire clearance, tax clearance, etc.), submitting to messenger.
  • Preparation of bank requirements for credit lines and sending to banks via email.
  • Preparation of year-end adjustment entries from Netsuite.
  • Preparation of financial statements for review and approval by President and VP.
  • Submission of GIS and financial statements on SEC portal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
