Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and customer-oriented Sales Officer to lead our sales initiatives and support the company's growth. The role involves developing strategies to boost sales performance, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be persuasive, proactive, and knowledgeable about industry practices. You must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers.
  • Screen, recruit, and train members of the sales team.
  • Contact potential clients to introduce products and encourage purchases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client appointments, and customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with target audience strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding market trends and product improvements.
  • Prepare detailed sales and expense reports, including cost-benefit analyses for clients.
  • Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
