We're Hiring: Sales Specialist / Sales Officer to be assigned directly in Makati

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to join our team. The role includes managing the entire sales process from finding leads to closing deals and handing over accounts. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their security requirements, and providing suitable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the services or security-related industries.
  • Strong track record of independently generating leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and offer effective, tailored solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
