  • Position: Accounts Payable and Receivable | Australian Experience
  • Location: Central Luzon
  • Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As an Accounts Payable and Receivable , you are responsible for:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Record journal entries and maintain financial records in compliance with internal policies.

Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and employee reimbursements.
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox and ensure timely responses.
  • Perform payment runs and ensure all liabilities are settled on time.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Issue customer invoices and manage billing schedules.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and send reminders
  • Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Liaise with the sales team and customers to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience using Pronto Software (non-negotiable).
  • Minimum [2–5] years of bookkeeping experience, including AR and AP.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or wholesale environment (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with Australian GST and BAS reporting (if relevant).
