Job Title: ADMIN SUPPORT – HR PAYROLL AND BENEFITS

Job Purpose: The role will provide assistance/support for the existing HRO Team; this would include assistance in processing of payroll and benefits. Assist in tracking and review activities mostly for data management and updating of employee information, for updating and integration of information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing of payroll and posting of payroll reports
  • Assist in Monitoring of leave tracker, manpower update, COE update and Masterdata reports.
  • Assist in Enrollment for statutory, HMO, Insurance and biometrics
  • Assist in documentation of statutory and company benefits.
  • Assist in billing.

KPI:

  • Accurate and Timely review of timekeeping report generated from the system and monitoring of daily transactions
  • Frequency of correct data/ forms and Timeliness in processing for government loans, company-initiated benefits, Pre-employment processing, HMO and life insurance, Request for payment) in a month (Correct Template/Reports)
  • 100% Updating of Information in Success factors and timely generation of date and tracker update.
  • Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in payroll, HRIS, or benefits administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor law, government contributions, and compensation practices preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
