Lucrum Enterprises Corporation is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team. As a full-time Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all our employees and visitors on-site. This is a critical role that plays a key part in maintaining our strong safety culture and compliance with relevant industry regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and training programs
  • Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Promoting a positive safety culture and providing guidance and support to all staff
  • Maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reports on safety performance

What we're looking for

  • Degree , with certificate in Constructions Occupational Safety and Health
  • Experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards
  • Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
  • Project site location: Portico, Pasig City
