Job Responsibilities:

Timekeeping & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update daily attendance records for administrative and site personnel.
  • Review, verify, and encode timesheets, overtime, leaves, and schedule adjustments.
  • Coordinate with HR and project site teams to resolve attendance or payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare manpower reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and documentation.
  • Support administrative processes such as filing, record management, and report preparation.

Safety & Compliance Support

  • Assist the Safety Officer in monitoring compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Participate in daily safety inspections of administrative areas and site offices.
  • Report unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards immediately and assist in corrective action.
  • Help deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and awareness campaigns for admin and field staff.
  • Maintain safety documentation including incident logs, safety checklists, and PPE inventory.
  • Support emergency response drills, first-aid readiness, and safety equipment checks.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 Year in handling timekeeping of site workers
  • COSH Certified
  • Certification in Scaffolding is a plus
  • Must be knowledgeable in safety precautions and site inspections
  • Knowledgeable in Accident and Incident Reporting
