About the role

As the Audit Head at Hyundai Laguna Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's internal audit processes. In this full-time position based in Binan City Laguna, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the company's financial and operational controls.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the company's annual internal audit plan to identify and assess risks, evaluate control systems, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct thorough audits of the company's financial records, operational processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight key findings, recommendations, and action plans for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and monitor the progress of remediation efforts
  • Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on matters related to governance, risk management, and internal controls
  • Supervise and mentor the internal audit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the Accounting industry and Audit - Internal sub-industry
  • Proven track record of leading complex audits, identifying risks, and implementing effective control frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using audit software and data analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process
