  1. Verifies implementation and reports violation to current Good Manufacturing Practice in the area assigned by the QA inspection Head/In-charge.

  2. Responsible for the receiving and inspection of all in-coming materials according to approved procedures.

  3. Performs sampling of in-coming raw materials for QC laboratory testing and retention sample.

  4. Performs on time inspection and re-evaluation of Packaging Materials.

  5. Performs on time line clearance in areas of assignment.

  6. Verifies dispensed materials for the production of new product.

  7. Verifies correct compounding procedure as performed by the production compounding personnel.

  8. Performs in-process monitoring in accordance to the established and approved procedure.

  9. Collects samples from the production line for QC Lab testing.

  10. Collects finished products for Actual Stability testing and Finished Product Retention samples in areas assigned by the QA Inspection Head according to the established procedure.

  11. Collects samples for environmental monitoring activities (as assigned).

  12. Monitors status of staged materials and produced products.

  13. Checks and verifies completeness of signatures and pages of the BPR.

  14. Performs Final Inspection of Finished Products.

  15. Responsible for the maintenance & disposal of Finished Product, Raw material, Packaging material retention sample.

  16. Accomplishes supplier's rating (as assigned)

  17. Assists the Internal Quality Audit Team in the processing and closing out of Internal and External Audit results.

  18. Creates and finalize Packaging Material Monograph.

  19. Performs other duties as assigned by the QA Inspection Head/ In-charge

Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS Pharmacy, BS Biology, BS Chem Eng, BS Chem, BS Nursing, BS Food Technology and other related Health Science course
  • Willing to render night shift duty, staggered schedule and overtime
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, food or cosmetics manufacturing is an advantage
