Responsibilities Reporting to the Asst. FP&A Manager, the Finance Analyst has broad exposure to the full cycle of accounting. The Finance Analyst prepares the billing, monitors and updates job costs. This position provides support and assistance for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities. The Finance Analyst supports the business unit/functional heads in monthly review of P&L and budget preparation and monitoring. Creation of external billing invoices and intercompany billings. Submit for approval intercompany billings. Monitor and update Job Costs to close and invoice. Prepare monthly flash report. Monitor and update other current asset – disbursement account. Generate Job Cost Purchase Order (JCPO). Perform job costing in system. Support Workspace and Relocation in margin and profit and loss analysis. Assist Asst FP&A Manager in the preparation and monitoring of budget, forecast and financial simulation. Analyze the assigned BU(s) Profit and Loss report. Qualifications Educational Background / Work Experience: Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related courses; 5 years of experience, 2 years of which as Finance Analyst; knowledge of costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis. Competencies: Computer Skills: Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new software quickly, and uses computers to improve productivity. Personal Organization: Keeps information organized and accessible, maintains clean and functional workspace, works systematically, and manages time well. Sets clear, realistic, and measurable goals, and sets priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects. Planning: Develops realistic plans, sets goals, aligns plans with company goals, plans and manages resources, creates contingency plans, and coordinates and cooperates with others. Problem Solving/Analysis: Breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, simplifies processes, identifies key issues, seeks relevant information, and draws accurate conclusions to find solutions. Quality & Process Improvement: Attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, monitors quality levels, finds root causes of quality problems, delivers timely and accurate results, remains resilient under pressure.
