About the role

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baguio City. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and measure the success of our digital initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
  • Creating and curating compelling, on-brand content for our social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing social media metrics and creating reports to measure the performance and ROI of our campaigns
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase our social media presence and engagement

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate (casa)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different social platforms and audiences
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Any 4-year course or a related field
