Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and online engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets for collaborations and PR opportunities.
  • Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, events, and special offers.
  • Create content (photos/videos/captions) aligned with the brand voice.
  • Analyze customer feedback and marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track Return of Investments (ROI) for campaigns.

In-house Styling Duties:

  • Oversee the visual aesthetics of the restaurant including decor, table setups, seasonal themes, and brand consistency.
  • Style food and beverage for photoshoots and menu presentations.
  • Advise on staff uniforms, presentation, and grooming to align with brand identity.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, florists, or vendors for events or promotional visuals.
  • Ensure styling aligns with current trends and enhances customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Fashion/Interior Design, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, styling, or branding (F&B or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and/or styling projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent aesthetic sense and styling ability.
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills.
  • Photography/videography skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
