We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and passionate about growing brand visibility and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing and social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
