Role OverviewWe are seeking a Virtual Office & Marketing to support day-to-day operations and strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms.
This role combines customer service, job booking, and marketing support, and will play a vital part in keeping our operations smooth and clients engaged.
Key Responsibilities- Call Handling & Job Booking – Answer and manage inbound calls, book jobs into our system and assign to the correct supervisor or technician.
- Job Tracking & Reporting – Maintain job records, track revenue vs. costs
- Social Media Management – Create posts from provided job photos (before/after results); schedule posts weekly across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage with comments/messages professionally.
- Google My Business (GMB) Updates – Keep listings updated with photos, posts, promotions, and respond to customer reviews.
- Blog Writing & Website Content – Research and draft blogs, upload posts and updates to websites. Coordinate with IT staff if WordPress skills are limited.
- Marketing Support – Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and light Google Ads management (if experienced).
- Admin Assistance – Handle routine admin tasks such as record-keeping, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in admin, virtual assistant, or marketing roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Google My Business.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus.
