
Administrative Officer

- General Affairs - Oversee all aspects of office administration. Handle tasks related to the potential future incorporation of the representative office as a local entity.
- Human Resources - Recruitment coordination, Payroll processing, Labor-related compliance and employee relations.
- Accounting - Payroll disbursement and invoice handling. Liaison with external accounting firms for audit and tax matters.
- Secretarial Support - Provide support to Japanese expatriates and business travelers, including logistics and coordination.
- Coordination with Authorities and Service Providers - Serve as the primary contact with local government agencies (e.g., BIR, DOLE). Coordinate with external partners such as law firms and accounting firms to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in general affairs( labor management, human resources, accounting, secretarial duties, and overall office administration).
- Experience in administrative tasks related to the establishment of a new company.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processing, and government reporting requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and take initiative without detailed instructions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with local authorities (e.g., BIR, DOLE) and external service providers (e.g., law firms, accounting firms).
