Job Overview:

We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager – Assurance (CPA) with strong expertise in the Asset Management industry to join our leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the delivery of assurance services for key clients, mentor managers, provide technical guidance, and help drive growth in our Asset Management practice. What You'll Do:

Lead People & Teams:

  • Inspire, coach, and mentor managers and team members to reach their highest potential.
  • Identify development opportunities, technical gaps, and provide targeted training.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Drive Client & Business Growth:

  • Build strong networks and relationships within the Asset Management sector.
  • Support the growth agenda by improving service delivery, standardizing processes, and developing new solutions.
  • Strengthen engagement team connectivity and leverage relationships to identify business opportunities.
  • Partner with Segment Leaders to develop growth, resource, and activity plans.
  • Monitor team KPIs (quality, utilization, client feedback, compliance, attrition) and take proactive action.

Ensure Quality Service Delivery:

  • Identify and deliver sector-specific and methodology training.
  • Provide technical guidance on Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Asset Management assurance.
  • Resolve service quality issues and implement best practices across teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • CPA qualification required.
  • 10+ years of assurance/audit experience, with a strong focus on Asset Management.
  • Specialized experience in Hedge Funds and Private Equity is highly valued.
  • At least 2+ years of international exposure (an advantage).
  • Proven project and people management leadership.
  • Strong relationship-building, technical, and communication skills.
