In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, oversee engagements from start to finish, and mentor a team of talented professionals. What You'll Do:

  • Manage a wide portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality Assurance services.
  • Oversee engagement operations including finances, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engagement teams and clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead junior staff—fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and expand scope of work.
  • Conduct timely reviews, provide feedback, and support technical and soft-skill development within your team.
  • Leverage technology and best practices to ensure excellence and efficiency in service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed CPA with a degree in Accountancy.
  • 5+ years of solid external audit/assurance experience (9+ years for Senior Manager).
  • Background in a Big 4 or Big 6 accounting firm preferred.
  • Strong project and people management experience (previously led teams and engagements).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
