What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for project management roles within the BPO division
  2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled project management professionals to support current and future business needs
  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates that are the perfect fit
  4. Utilise data-driven approaches to measure and continuously improve recruiting KPIs and candidate experience
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment
  6. Foster a positive employer brand and candidate experience to elevate the company's reputation in the market

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or project management space
  2. In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to identify the right skills and experience for these roles
  3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  4. Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to analyse and interpret metrics
  5. Strong employer branding and candidate engagement capabilities
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, compliance requirements and best practices
